Voyage - Heal From Within
Echo - Tune In
Dream - Express Freely
Ascend - Break through
Four Retreats. One Journey.

You’ll arrive carrying whatever life has been throwing your way. The first part involves slowing everything down—switching off the noise, creating space, and giving yourself room to breathe.
From there, we go deeper, exploring the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that shape how you think, feel and respond.
Then we move into creativity and expression—an opportunity to reconnect with parts of yourself that everyday life can easily push aside.
Finally, we focus on confidence, courage and self-belief, challenging you to step beyond your comfort zone and discover just how much more you’re capable of.
Step away from the retreat as a more grounded, confident and unstoppable version of yourself.

After serving in the RAF and witnessing conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan, to diving into entrepreneurship with relentless drive. I built multiple businesses, focused on success and financial growth.
Over time, I realised that chasing wealth and happiness alone didn’t bring fulfillment. I was on a path of self destruction, becoming ever more stressed and down, thinking that happiness was the 'next' thing I did or bought. After making the difficult decision to fold the empire we had been creating for the last 20 years. It wasn't worth what it was doing to me or our family. Outside I looked supremely happy, successful, wealthy...but in all honesty, I was crumbling inside.
Masking it, faking it...I was exhausted by keeping up this illusion to impress others.
I now use my own experiences to guide, motivate and support others on their own healing and spiritual journey

From meditating with swamis in ashrams to living with shamans in Mexico, I have carried my possessions in my backpack for a long time as I travel the globe in search of answers to the mystery of being.
After living off-grid in the desert and experiencing a life-altering event in a Temazcal, I started to see life as a loving expression of the divine.
I completed both of my yoga teacher trainings at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in South India, and was eventually offered a position as a lead teacher. My background in yogic practices/philosophies have led me to Bhakti or devotional yoga.
I see my role as a facilitator and teacher as an act of service, while constantly being reminded that I am a student and have so much to learn from every character I encounter.
I have taught and led retreats, trainings, and spiritual gatherings/events in Canada, America, Mexico, India, Sri Lanka, Spain, and Costa Rica.
I am an E-RYT 500, a recreational gymnastics coach, a children’s yoga teacher, a visual artist, a musician, and lover of all animals and plants.

I have always loved movement and magic, and for me, yoga is where they meet.
Originally from Canada, I grew up dancing competitively. Drawn to storytelling and adventure, I went on to study Drama and Education in university, and then spent several years traveling and teaching in schools around the world.
Along the way, yoga became my go-to movement practice for any time, any place. Whether I was in a packed studio class in the city or alone in nature, yoga always made me feel lighter, more whole, more myself, and more connected to something much bigger than myself. Curious about this magical feeling, I signed up for a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico, where I fell in love with yoga as much more than a physical practice, but as a way to live more fully from my heart. complete my 300-hour training in Bhakti Yoga with Audrey Sarquilla, and to seek out spiritual communities around the world where I could continue to learn and grow.
An E-RYT 500, I have been teaching yoga since 2018, in Canada, Peru, India, Costa Rica, Morocco, Europe, and now the UK, facilitating international retreats, leading yoga teacher trainings.
