The Vedanta Way
Echo
In a period where our own voices are distorted by invasive sound, take the time to identify and understand the noises inside. Become comfortable in silence and learn to welcome the noise around as you move through genre, style, and stillness. Join the Echo of Vedanta as you accompany a community determined to support and hear your voice, be it on your own, or a part of a compassionate chorus.

The Retreat
With Dan, Adam and Tiana
Echo is a journey into nada yoga, the yoga of sound. Over two nights you will be immersed in sound baths, kirtan and mantra meditation, tuning your ear to the sounds around you and to the subtler ones within. Between the music there is silence — silent breakfasts, shared stillness — because sound is only ever half of listening. The ancient teaching is Nada Brahma: the universe is sound. Echo invites you to hear it, to sing it, and to discover the resonance that was already in you.

Meet Your Hosts
Dan

Adam

Tiana

Between us, we’ve trained in India and Mexico, lived in ashrams and spiritual communities, taught retreats around the world, served in the RAF, built businesses, raised families and learned first-hand what happens when life gets too busy.
Adam brings years of experience in yoga, Bhakti, philosophy, music and retreat facilitation, shaped by time spent living and learning in spiritual communities across the world.
Tiana blends yoga, movement, storytelling, sound and creativity, with an approach that brings together depth, play and real human connection.
Dan came to this work from a very different direction. After years in the RAF, building businesses and living life at full speed, burnout forced a rethink of what success actually meant. That journey led him towards wellbeing, retreat spaces and creating experiences that help people slow down, challenge themselves and see life differently.
Different paths. Different experiences. One shared aim: To create retreats that can have an incredible impact on your life

FAQS
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely — most of our guests do. Echo in particular is built on community; by the second evening’s kirtan, you will not feel like a stranger to anyone.
Do I need to be able to sing?
Not at all. Kirtan and vocal toning are about participation, not performance. There is no such thing as a wrong note in a room full of voices — and if you would rather listen than sing, that is welcome too.
What is a sound bath like if I have never had one?
Deeply relaxing. You lie down, get comfortable under a blanket and simply receive. Some people drift into sleep, some see colours, most feel a lightness afterwards. There is nothing to do and no way to get it wrong.
Do I have to take part in everything?
No. This is your retreat, and rest is always a valid choice. You are welcome to sit out or simply observe any session.
What is included in the price?
Two nights’ accommodation, all meals from dinner on Day 1 to lunch on Day 3, every session and workshop, your welcome gift bag and use of the grounds. Massages and treatments are available to book separately.
